School Age Child Care (SACC)

Our School-Age Program is designed to complement the daily activities of the school age child. Our program follows the Canton School District calendar and provides care for after school hours from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday; early dismissal days and school holidays from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. 

Sacc teachers, under the direction of the Program Supervisor, provide a wonderful variety of age appropriate activities for the individual child as well as the group.

School Age Summer Day Camp Program (CLICK for Summer Fun INFO!)

Our Summer Day Camp is planned around weekly themes and filled with arts and crafts, exploring nature and science, storytelling, music, games, water play, playground play and much more. Walking distance and fieldtrips, as well as guest presenters are organized. When possible, the Center coordinates with the Canton Recreation Department to participate in their swim lessons. 

Transportation

School Age children are provided with busing while school is in session for the following schools: Canton Central School and St. Mary’s School of Canton. The bus drops the children off at our center at approximately 2:45 pm, and staff are always there to meet and cheerfully greet the children.
